What you will need: Mod Podge, black craft paint, paint brush, and sand paper.

*If your attending the "Super Craft Saturday" at the Folk Art Shoppe I will provide Mod Podge, Black Paint, sand paper, and paint brushes!

Just Vinyl: $10.00
